Terms & Conditions

1. Check in after 4:00 p.m. Check out 11:00 unless prior special arrangements have been made.
2. All rates are based on 1 to 2 adults per suite.
3. We accept checks or cash payment in US dollars into my US bank account:

   Please contact us for deposit information.
   
   Deposits are required to secure a reservation as follows:
   
   1-6 nights: One night's rental
   7 nights or more: 50% of total rental
   
   The balance must be paid in US Dollars or Mexican Pesos upon your arrival. We do not accept personal checks except for the initial deposit. ATMs are readily available in the area where you can obtain pesos.
4. Children and pets are accepted on a case by case consideration.
5. If a long term rental is received for Senior or King Suites, we reserve the right to move short term rentals to a different suite.
   
   CANCELLATION POLICY
   
6. If the reservation is canceled 10 days or more prior to the arrival date, then the deposit will be refunded, less a $20 processing fee. For room cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the arrival date, Ajijic Suites will charge for all nights reserved, unless the room reservation is fully resold. In all other cases, no refund will be given.
7. Cancellations must be made by email. We regret we cannot accept cancellations by phone.

8. Refunds will not be granted for NO SHOW reservations (where guests don't check in).
9. In the case of guests who cut short their stay (checking out prior to full booking dates), refunds may be given at the sole discretion of Ajijic Suites management.
