Terms & Conditions

  1. Check in after 4:00 p.m. Check out 12:00 noon.
  2. All rates are based on 1 to 2 adults per suite.
  3. Credit card holds reservation.
  4. Reservation may be made through our Pay Pal business account. We will also accept checks, or cash payment in US dollars or pesos.
  5. Children and pets are accepted on a case by case consideration.
  6. If a long term rental is received for Senior or King Suites, we reserve the right to move short term rentals to a different suite.

  7. CANCELLATION POLICY
    We request that all reservations be guaranteed by a credit card deposit equivalent to the cost of one night's stay. This deposit is collected immediately upon confirmation of the online reservation.

    If the reservation is cancelled 10 days or more prior to the arrival date, then the deposit will be fully refunded. For room cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the arrival date, Ajijic Suites will charge for all nights reserved, unless the room reservation is fully resold. In all other cases, no refund will be given.

    Cancellations must be made by email. We regret we cannot accept cancellations by phone.


  8. REFUNDS
    Refunds will not be granted for NO SHOW reservations (where guests don't check in).

    In the case of guests who cut short their stay (checking out prior to full booking dates), refunds may be given at the discretion of Ajijic Suites management.
